     Katherines Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients
3-4 cups shredded chicken
1/2 cup onion
minced garlic to taste
2 tbsp flour
16 oz tomato sauce
1 cup water
1 tbsp vinigar
pinch of cumin
2 tsp chili powder
 
12 corn tortillas
2-3 cups grated colby cheese

Instructions
Cook chicken,onion,garlic - add flour and stir. add tomato sauce,water,vinegar,chili powder and cumin simmer 5-10 min. Use 9x13 pan, then layer tortilla sauce cheese etc. Bake 350 covered for 30 min
