     Ruhbarb Coffee Cake

Ingredients
1 stick butter, softened
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup butter milk
2 cups flour
pinch of salt
2 cups ruhbarb
Topping-
 
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Instructions
Mix ingredients order. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix topping. Sprinkle on top of cake.
Bake for 40 mins.
