Instructions |

|
Mix first three ingredients and pour into a 9x12
inch greased baking dish.
|

Mix together topping ingredients, sprinkle and pat
down a little on top of ruhbarb mixture.
|

|
Bake at 375 degrees until brown, about 30 mins.
