1 EGG
MILK
FLOUR
SALT
PEPPER
GARLIC POWDER
OIL
 

Instructions
COMBINE EGG AND MILK IN BOWL.
SALT CHICKEN PCS. PLACE CHICKEN IN EGG WASH. REMOVE FROM EGG WASH AND PLACE IN DRY MIX.
PLACE CHICKEN IN HOT OIL. FRY COVERED AT 375 DEG UNTIL MEAT START TO PULL AWAY FROM THE BONE. REMOVE LID AND CONTINUE TO COOK UNTIL CHICKEN REACHES CRISPINESS.
