     Stuffed Shells w/Cheese & Sausage

Ingredients
1 12 oz box Barilla Jumbo Shells No.333
2 8oz Packages of Shredded Mozzarella
1 32oz package of Ricotta Cheese
1 1lb Mild Italian Sausage
3 Containers of Marinara Sauce (John's) 3 x 16ounces
2 Eggs
Italian Seasoning to taste
10 leaves of Fresh Basil chopped
 

Instructions
Lightly cook sausage (do not want it hard)and drain well. Mix eggs with Ricotta. Add one package of Mozzarella Cheese. Add Italian Seasoning and Basil and mix well.
Cook Shells Al Dente (8 to 9 Minutes). Drain well on paper towels. Prepare cooking dishes by lightly spraying with cooking spray and adding a thin layer of Marinara Sauce. Fill shells with mixture and layer in cooking dish (open side up) Cover with remaining mozzarella and top with Marinara Sauce. Cook covered in 400 oven for 30 minutes.
