     Shrimp Sukka (chilli fry)

Ingredients
20 Jumbo Shrimp
3 medium onions
1 Tomato
6 cloves garlic
1 inch ginger
1 tbspn soy sauce
Quater cup grated coconut
2 tbspn bafat powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
 
2 tbspn oil
Few curry leaves (4-5 leaves)
1 sprig cilantro leaves
Salt to taste

Instructions
Wash well and devein the prawns. Mix with little salt and turmeric powder and keep aside.
Slice onions. Finely chop ginger, garlic, tomato. Heat oil and add ginger, garlic and curry leaves. When slightly brown add sliced onions and saute well on medium heat. When onions turn transparent add tomato and bafat powder, salt to taste, soy sauce and stir well.
Meanwhile wash the prawns once well to remove the salt and turmeric applied. Add them to the above mixture and stir on high flame. When fried well simmer the flame and let it cook.
Lastly add grated coconut and chopped coriander leaves to garnish.
