Bake chicken ahead of time on a cookie sheet for about an hour at 350. Dice.
Add sugar, peanut butter, soy sauce, water, corn starch and crushed chilies to a mug and stir with a fork. Set aside.
Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan. Add cauliflower, carrots and garlic. Stir fry over medium high heat for 5 minutes stirring every minute or 2.
Add broccoli, peppers, green onions and chicken. Stir fry 3 minutes more stirring once or twice. Use a Tablespoon or 2 or water to steam (covered) if needed.
Stir sauce again with a fork to ensure it's well mixed. Pour over stir fry and mix in. Add peanuts. Cook it all for 2 minutes more.
