Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together.
Add shortening and cut fine with a pastry blender.

|
Stir milk in, just until blended.
|
|
|
|
Grease 2- 8 inch pie pans. Spread mixture in the
pans. Dot with butter on top.
|
|
|
|
Bake at 450 degrees for 12 to 15 mins. or until
medium brown.
