1 cup butter
|

2 cups sugar

4 eggs

2 Tbsp. vinegar

1 cup milk
|

4 cups flour

2 tsp. baking soda

1/2 tsp. salt

2 tsp. baking powder
|

2 cups masked ripe bananas
|
| |
2 tsp. vanilla
|
| |
2 semi sweet chocolate squares chopped

1 cup nuts (optional)

Instructions |
|
|
|
Blend butter and sugar together. Add 4 eggs and
mix well, about 1 minute. Put vinegar into milk and
set aside.

Combine Flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Add
the flour mixture to the butter mixture. Add milk
to the batter.
|
|
|
|
Add mashed bananas, vanilla, chocolate and nuts.
Mix until well blended. Pour into a greased 9x13
pan.
|
|
|
|
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins. or until tooth
pick comes out clean.
