Melt butter in a 9x13 pan. Add flour and pecans.
Mix and press in bottom of pan. Bake 15 mnins. in
375 degree oven. Cool.

Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar in a medium
mixing bowl. Fold in 1 cup cool whip and put over
cooled crust.

|
Mix both packages of instant pudding with milk in
mixing bowl. Put on top of cream cheese layer.
|
|
|
Top with cool whip to cover. and sprinkle with
chopped pecans. Refrigerate.
