     Spaghetti Pie

Ingredients
6 oz. spaghetti noodles
2 Tbsp. butter, softened
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 well - beaten eggs
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
15 oz. tomato sauce
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2-1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
 
Instructions
Cook noodles and drain. Mix eggs, butter and parmesan cheese with noodles. Spray a deep dish pie plate and put mixture in the bottom of pan.
Brown beef and drain. Add onion and tomato sauce with beef.
Spread cottage cheese on noodle mixture. Top with meat mixture. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 mins.
