     Pie crust

Servings   5-7 pies

Ingredients
5 cups flour
2 cups shortening
Salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
milk
 

Instructions
Beat egg in measuring cup. Fill to 1 cup mark with milk.
Mix all ingredients together. Roll out thin.. Pat in pie plates and press out
Baking pie crust for pudding pies. Prick bottom of crust with a fork. Bake at 475 for 8-10 mins.
