1. Peel and slice apples, place in saucepan with a
little bit of water (just enough to cover the
bottom of saucepan). Cook until tender, once taken
off heat sprinkle with a little sugar. Leave to
cool.

2. While waiting for apples to cool, place all
crumble ingredients in a bowl. With the tips of
fingers rub together until you get a crumble.

|
3. Place apples in an oven proof bowl, put crumble
over the top and place in oven at 180 C for 10
minutes or until crumble in cooked and golden in
colour.
