Cook rice. Meanwhile, in butter in skillet sauté celery and onion until tender.

Place cooked rice in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole; top with onion mixture. Season meat with salt and pepper. Brown in remaining butter in skillet; then arrange on top of onion.

|
|
Combine soup with water; pour over meat and bake 35 minutes at 375 degrees.
|
|
|
I add chili seasoning, garlic powder and white pepper to the meat.
