     Nutella Bites

1 cup old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup almonds or hazelnuts (or really any nut you like)
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup ground flaxseed (see note above)
1/3 cup almond, peanut, or cashew butter
1/3 cup Nutella
Milk (dairy or non-dairy milk works great), as needed for texture (dark chocolate almond milk is exc

Add the oats and almonds to a mixer until the ingredients are coarsely chopped. Add the salt, ground flaxseed, nut butter, and Nutella. Add milk a tablespoon at a time and mash the mixture together with your hands. Roll the mixture into balls (cookie scoop). Refrigerate for up to a week and consume as desired. These can even be frozen in ziplock bags for up to a month or so.
