6 very very very ripe bananas

2 Cups Flour
|
|
1/4 Cup milk
|
|
1 Cup sugar
|
|
1 tsp vanilla
|

1 tsp Cinnamon
|

1 tsp Nutmeg
|

Pinch Salt
|
|
Oil
|

Optional Additions

1/4 Cup Peanut Butter
|

1/4 Cup Flaked Coconut
|

Instructions |
|
|
Peel and crush bananas in a bowl.
|
|
|
Mix flour, sugar, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, and salt.
Add milk.
Add Bananas.
|
|
|
Heat oil - you aren't deep frying so just a little more to cover the bottom of the pan.
|
|
|
Drop Golf ball size dollops in oil. Fry on first side until edge start to brown, flip, continue frying until golden.
Drain on paper towels.
