     Belgian Waffles

2 Cups All Purpose Flour
3/4 Cups Sugar
3 1/2 tsps Baking Powder
2 Large Eggs - Separated
1 Cup Butter - melted
1 tsp Vanilla

Sift together dry ingredients. Add Yolks, vanilla, and melted butter and mix well.
Beat the 2 egg whites until stiff. Fold into batter
Make sure the waffle iron is HOT, spray with oil. Cook until golden and serve with butter and syrup.
