     Homemade BBQ burgers

Ingredients
500 g minced beef
1 egg
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp finely chopped chives
2 tsp sweet smoky paprika
1 tsp chilli flakes
2 tsp salt
freshly grated pepper
5 tuc biscuits (or similar quantity salted biscuits)
 
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
A little olive oil

Instructions
Put biscuits in blender and blend to fine crumbs. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
Cover bowl with clingfilm and place in refrigerator for minimum 30 minutes before using.
Form the burgers to required size (should be enough for 10-12 regular sized burgers) and create a criss-cross pattern on one side with the back of a knife(this prevents the burgers from shrinking when cooking).
Grill on BBQ on medium heat turning regularly until cooked through.
