Combine wet ingredients. Add in dry ingredients. Spread in a
9x13 pans.
Bake 300 20-25 mins
Remove from oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips. As
soon as the chocolate melts, spread to cover the whole
surface.
Add frosting on top of chocolate. Can drizzle frosting for
fancier design.
