1/4 cup soy sauce

3 Tbsp. vinegar

8 Tbsp. brown sugar

1/2 tsp. ground ginger

8-oz. can pineapple chunks with juice

1/3 sup teriyaki sauce

1 1/2 cups minute rice

Instructions |

Brown Chicken oil
|

Add garlic, green pepper, and carrots. Saute breifly
|

Addbroth, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, ginger, pineapples with juice, and teriyaki sauce. Bring to full boil.

Stir in rice. Cover. Remove from heat and let stand a few minutes. Stir before serving.
