In a medium sized bowl add stuffing mix and 1
cup of hot water and let sit 5 minutes.
In a separate bowl, combine 1 package of brown
gravy mix with 1 cup cold water. Add in ground
beef and egg and mix.
After the stuffing has sat for 5 minutes,
incorporate the stuffing mix into the ground
beef mixture.
Grease pan with non-stick spray and then press
the ground beef mixture into the pan. Bake at
350 degrees for 45-55 minutes or until no longer
pink inside
Once baked, rest for 5 minutes while preparing
the second package of gravy.
Serve with mashed potatoes and brown gravy.
