Pat dry chicken breasts and season to taste with
salt and pepper.
Cover chicken with flour - be sure to coat
completely.
Brush mustard onto chicken.
Press breadcrumbs onto chicken.
Heat oil in skillet on medium high heat.
Cook chicken until breading is brown.
Flip chicken and cook until cooked throughout.
Drain oil on paper towels
Serve over white rice and drizzle with bbq sauce.
