1.5-2lbs Beef
2 Eggs
1/2 Large Yellow Onion (Diced)
1/2-2/3 Package Crackers (Smashed)
16oz Can Diced Tomatoes (Drained)
2 Packages Lowrys Meatloaf Seasoning
Pepper
Seasoning Salt
 
BBQ sauce for top
Instructions
Put hole in middle of pan. BBQ on top. 350 for 1hr approximately.
