     (Crock pot) Chicken Gravy

Category   Entrees - Maindishes
Sub Category   None
Servings   4
Preptime   4 mins

Ingredients
2 packets dry chicken gravy mix (McCormick)
1 (10.75 oz) can cream of chicken soup
2 cups water
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
garlic powder, salt & black pepper, to taste
optional- 1/2 cup sour cream (we used 1/4 cup)
mashed potatoes, rice, noodles...for serving

Instructions
-In your slow cooker, mix together the gravy packets, cream of chicken soup, and water. -Add the chicken breasts (either thawed or frozen, doesn't matter)
- Cover and cook on low for about 6-8 hours (I used frozen chicken breasts & cooked on high for 2 hours, then low for 7ish hours--cooking on low for 8 from frozen should be fine!)
-Once cooked, shred chicken and stir -stir in sour cream (if using) -Serve over rice, mashed potatoes or noodles -We did mashed potatoes & biscuits and it was DELICIOUS!
