Sprinkle chicken breast slices with salt & pepper, small amount
chopped parsley, dash thyme, and dash celery salt.
Sprinkle on all the panko crumbs & parmesan among the chicken
slices.
Roll up each slice of stuffed chicken and secure with a toothpick.
Mix 1 Tbs corn oil, 1 cup lemon, dash garlic, dash onion, dash salt,
dash thyme & pepper in a separate bowl.
Pour marinade over chicken, cover, and refrigerate for several hours.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
