     Sherried Onion Casserole

Ingredients
4 cups sliced onions
salt & pepper & 2 tbs. flour
3/4 cup broth
1/4 cup dry sherry wine
panko or fine bread crumbs
1/2 cup swiss cheese shredded
2 tbs parmesan
 

Instructions
Greased casserole dish; put in sliced onions that you have gently sitr fried until translucent; mix in salt & pepper & flour; stir in broth & sherry;
top with panko or fine breadcrumbs to cover; top that with the swiss cheese & then the parmesan; bake 425 degrees for 20 minutes, uncovered
