PEPPER, HALF THE CHEESE, HALF THE MEAT AND HALF
THE OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS. p-POUR HALF OF THE EGG
MIXTURE EVENLY OVER EACH CASSEROLE. REPEAT
LAYERING USING REMAINING POTATOES, PEPPER,
CHEESE. MEAT AND OPT. INGREDIENTS. POUR
REMAINING HALF OF THE EGG MIXTURE EVENLY OVER
EACH CASSEROLE. BAKE UNCOVERED FOR 55 TO 60
MINUTES, OR UNTIL EGGS ARE SET. TENT WITH FOIL
BEGINS TO BROWN TOO QUICKLY.
