Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cut the sweet
potatoes into french fries or wedges
Toss potatoes with oil first, then add cumin,
cinnamon, & pepper (optional) in a bowl until
well coated On a baking pan line it with
parchment paper or foil.
Spread coated sweet potatoes on the baking pan
Roast potatoes until lightly browned and
tender. Approximately 15 - 20 minutes
