     Turkey Chili

1 tbs extra-virgin olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green, red, yellow pepper, chopped
2-3 garlic cloves, crushed
2 pounds ground meat
1 1/2 to 2 tbs chili powder
1 1/2 to 2 tbs ground cumin
1 1/2 to 2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 Rotel dice tomatoes
1 1/2 container chicken broth
2 bay leaves
Pinto beans
Black beans
Kidney beans

Heat a deep pot over medium high heat. Add oil and vegetables as you chop them. Add bay leaves and cook vegetables for 5 mins, stirring frequently, and then reduce heat. Stir in ground turkey and season with chili powder, cumin, cayenne, cinnamon and salt to taste. After meat is cooked add beans, tomatoes and broth. Combine well, and let it boil. Then reduce heat to simmer for 30mins.
