On a plate stir together 1/4 Cup flour and salt, pepper and paprika. Coat the cube steaks in the
flour, pressing in to use all of the flour mixture.
Heat oil in skillet to 375 deg. Fry steaks until well crusted on one side, about 2 minutes, then
turn and fry 2 minutes on he other side. Remove steaks from skillet.
Pour off all but 2 Tbl. of oil. Return skillet to medium-low heat. Whisk in 2 Tbl. flour and whisk
for one minute. Add tomato and onion and whisk in one cup of milk. Cook until thick and serve
gravy with steaks. Season gravy as desired.
