     Blueberry Banana Overnight Oats

Ingredients
1/2 C rolled oats
1 TSP chia seeds
1/2 C unsweetened coconut milk
1/4 TSP vanilla extract
1/2 banana sliced
1/2 C blueberries, fresh or frozen
1 TBS pure maple syrup
 

Instructions
In a 16 oz mason jar, combine rolled oats and chia seeds.
Pour in coconut milk and vanilla extract. Then place bananas and blueberries on top of the oats.
Place lid on and store in fridge overnight.
Morning- Stir in maple syrup and a little extra coconut milk to loosen oats then enjoy.
