|
To 1 1/2 Cups of Sugar add 2 Tbl of flour and after
mixing Sprinkle 1/3 of this misture over bottom of
Pie Crust. Use Fresh Rhubarb or Frozen.

To the remaining Flour and Sugar Mixture add 1
Beaten Egg and 1 tsp Vanilla. Blend and spread over
the top of the pie.
Dot with bits of Butter.

|
Put Top Crust on. Sprinkle with Milk and Sugar over
top crust. Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees then
reduce heat to 350 degrees and complete baking until
Rhubarb is done and crust is brown.

You may want to put foil around edge of crust so it
doesn't burn.
