3 large tomatoes
|
|
fresh mozarella
|
|
kalmata olives, drained
|
|
3 T. balsamic vinegar
|

1 T. basil, fresh
|

1/2 t. oregano, fresh (1/4 t. dried)

3 garlic cloves, minced

|
1/3 c. evoo
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Slice tomatoes and mozzarella. Arrange on a platter with olives.
|
|
|
Combine all other ingredients in a blender. Pulse several times to blend all items together.
|
|
|
When ready to serve, drizzle dressing over tomato/mozzarella/olives.
|
|
|
Can also use cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls and olives (whole or chopped) and toss into a salad.
