     Vegetable Tetrazinni

Ingredients
a. olive oil, salt, and pepper, white wine, sherry
a. broccoli, mushrooms, parsley, frozen peas, onion, garlic
b. 1/2 cup butter
b. 1/2 cup flour
c. 2.5 cups milk
c. 1/4 cup sherry
c. 1/4 cup white wine
d. 2 cups parmesaen cheese
e. 16 ounces pasta
 

Instructions
Cook pasta al dente and drain.
Heat vegetables for about 5 minutes.
Melt butter and add flour. Whisk over medium low for 3-4 minutes. Add C and heat to boil
Mix pasta, vegetables, and liquid in casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
