     Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
1 small sweet onion diced
1 lb organic ground beef, buffalo or turkey
avocado oil
3 shakes of McCormick Montreal steak seasoning
1 can organic diced fire roasted tomatoes
3-4 shakes of dried oregano
3-4 shakes of garam masala
2 shakes of cayenne pepper
2-3 shakes ground cumin
 
4 large peppers - any color
shredded cheese of choice

Instructions
Add swish of oil to a pan and add onion to cook on med until clear. Add Montreal steak seasoning.. Add ground beef and cook on low until browned. Drain.
Add diced tomatoes and all spices. Cook on low to mix spices. Oven at 350.
Cut the tops off 4 pepper. Cut out insides. Add to boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from boiling water and set up in small pie plate. Carefully scoop ground beef mixture into each pepper. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Take out. Add finely shredded cheese and bake for 5 more minutes.
