     Chicken- Hot Chicken Salad Casserole

Ingredients
3 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 cups (4 stalks) celery chopped
4 green onions chopped
1 (8-ounce) can water chestnut
1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
parsley
1 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
1 cup crushed potato chips
 

Instructions
Simmer chicken, celery, onion, and parsley for 30 minutes. Cut chicken into chunks. Combine all ingredients except for 1/2 cup cheese and chips. Put in 9x13 dish and top with chips and remaining cheese. Bake 400° 20-25 min.
