Brown meat in small amount of oil. Add 1/2 cup
water; cover and simmer until tender (about 1
hour). Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
Combine sugar and cornstarch; add juice,
vinegar, soy sauce, and salt. Add to meat. Cook
and stir until thickens. Add pineapple, green
pepper, and onion. Cook 2-3 minutes.
