Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare penne
according to box. While penne is cooking, brown
meat. Once meat and penne are done, combine in
a large mixing bowl. Add parmesan, sauce,
vinegar, honey, seasoning and garlic and
mix.Pour into a large casserole dish and top
with Italian Cheese. Bake for 20 minutes.
INSTANT POT- Turn on an electric pressure cooker or Instant Pot to sauté. Cook sausage until cooked through and no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and saute another minute. Turn the pressure cooker off. Add 1/2 cup water and scrape the bottom of the pot to loosen any browned bits. Add the sauce (rinse with 1/2 cup more water), balsamic vinegar, honey, Italian seasoning, and pasta and stir to combine well. Use the manual setting to set the pressure cooker to cook for 3 minutes under HIGH pressure.
When the cook time is done, natural release for 5 minutes. Open it, stir. Sprinkle with the mozzarella. Cover the pressure cooker again and let sit for 5 minutes for the cheese to melt. Serve immediately.
