|
Mix all ingredients in the large bowl of an electric mixer.
Blend until moistened.
Beat at medium speed for 4 minutes.

|
Pour batter into greased and floured Bundt pan.
|
|
|
Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
Cool for 15 minutes.
Turn cake out of Bundt pan onto a cooling rack.
|
|
|
Frost, glaze or sprinkle cake with powdered sugar, as desired.
