1 8-Ounce Package Cream Cheese

1 Cup Powdered Sugar

1 Package Instant French Vanilla Pudding Mix

3 1/2 Cups Cold Milk

12 Ounces Cool Whip
|

1 Package Oreo Cookies, crushed fine (set aside)

Instructions |

|
|
Cream together butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar.
|
|
|
|
In separate bowl, mix the pudding mix with the cold milk.
Fold this into the cheese mixture until smooth.

|
|
Carefully fold in the Cool Whip.
|
|
|
|
Layer pudding mixture with cookie crumbs, starting with pudding mixture until the container is
filled.
Finish with crumbs on top.
