     Fudge Brownies (Iced)

Ingredients
1/4 Cup Butter
1 Cup Sugar
4 Eggs
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 16-Ounce Can Hershey Chocolate Syrup
1 Cup plus 1 Tablespoon Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Cup Black Walnuts, chopped
 
6 Tablespoons Milk
6 Tablespoons Butter
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions
Combine the butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract and beat well. Add chocolate syrup and remaining ingredients. Spread in a 10x15 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Icing- Mix milk, butter and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil for 30 seconds. Remove from heat and add the chocolate chips. Stir until well blended. Spread on brownies while still warm.
