Blend eggs with sugar, salt, and vanilla extract.
Stir in desired amount of nutmeg.
Gradually stir in milk.
Mix well and pour into an unbaked pie shell.
Sprinkle with desired amount of cinnamon.
Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
Test with a knife inserted about 2 inches from the edge of the pie.
When the knife comes out clean, remove pie from the oven.
NOTE- Triple the recipe to make 2 large, thick pies plus a small dish of custard.
