Sprinkle chicken breasts with 1/3 tsp seasoned
salt. Allow to come to room temperature. Heat
a skillet over medium high heat. Add cooking
oil. When the oil is shimmering add the
chicken. Cook without disturbing until
browned, about 3-4 minutes. Flip chicken, and
cook until browned on second side and cooked
through 2-3 minutes more. Remove chicken from
the pan and set aside to rest 2-3 minutes more.
