     Parmesan Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4-1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
 
Instructions
Melt butter, blend in flour. Add broth all at once. Cook til mixture thickens. Stir in cream, parmesan, salt, and pepper.
Serving Suggestions
Serve over broccoli.
