     Macaroni Salad (Julie Andersen)

Ingredients
2 8-Ounce Packages Curly Macaroni or Rotini, cooked and drained
2 Stalks Celery, diced
1 Green Pepper, diced
1 Onion, diced
3 - 4 Carrots, chopped
DRESSING-
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Vinegar
 
1 Can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Pint Hellmann's Mayonnaise

Instructions
Place pasta and vegetables in a large bowl.
Mix together all dressing ingredients.
Pour dressing over pasta mixture, stirring gently to coat.
Refrigerate overnight before serving.
