     Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
3 cups sugar
4 eggs
2/3 cup water
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 cup vegetable oil
3 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups pumpkin puree
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
 
1/2 teaspoon allspice
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Instructions
Beat eggs. Add other ingredients. Blend well. Bake 350° 1 hour. 2 large loaves or 4 medium. Frost with vanilla frosting. Good for freezing. NOTE- Line pan with waxed paper. Grease pan and paper.
