Place corn puffs in large roasting pan. Mix coating in 2 quart saucepan for two minutes. Add 1 teaspoon baking soda which will foam. Immediately pour caramel over corn pops and stir until pops are coated. Place in 250 degree oven for approximately 45 minutes stirring every 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Pour on waxed paper and break apart before pops cool.
