Beat eggs for 5 minutes. Add sugar, pumpkin and
lemon juice. Combine all dry ingredients and
add to egg. Put down greased
waxed paper on jelly roll pan. Pour on cake.
Sprinkle on walnuts. Bake 375° 15-20 minutes.
Take paper towel sprinkled with
powdered sugar. Flip over on paper towel, while
hot pull off waxed paper. Roll with paper
towel. Cool in fridge for 1 hour.
Unroll, spread on filling, then roll up again.
