     Dutch Oven Cobbler

Ingredients
2 1/2 quarts (10 cups) sliced peaches, pineapple, pears, berries etc.
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
4 cups Original Bisquick®
2 cups milk
2 eggs
cinnamon
nutmeg
sugar
 
vanilla ice cream or Cool Whip
28 charcoal briquettes

Instructions
Start charcoal about 30 minutes before using (totally gray). Mix fruit, 1 cup sugar, and cornstarch; pour into an aluminum foil lined No. 14 Dutch oven and heat to low boil. Mix Bisquick, milk, 1 cup sugar, and eggs; pour evenly over hot fruit mixture. Sprinkle top with cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar. Put lid on Dutch oven. Place 12 charcoal underneath and 16 on top. Cook for about 45 minutes or until brown. Check cobbler ever 10-15 minutes. Top with ice cream or Cool Whip.
