Heat milk and butter till hot and melted. Add
in remaining ingredients. Kneed until smooth
but slightly sticky. Cover with damp towel and
let rise until doubled (approx 2 hours). Punch
down and divide into 12 pieces. tie into a knot
and cover with damp towel again. Let rise until
doubled, brush with egg and sprinkle with
crumbs. Bake 350 for 20-25 minutes.
